Chilis copycat Queso Dip

16 oz. box mexican velveeta cheese

15 oz. Hormel Chili (no beans)

1 + cup milk

2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper

4 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1 Tbsp. lime juice

garlic  and salt to taste

opt. shredded chicken (apx. 1 cup)

Cut cheese up into cubes. Put all ingredients into saucepan. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted and queso is a good consistency.

Instapot:

Put everything in the pot. Set on “Bean/Chili” for 30 minutes. Done!
